dear we do the first time based on the pattern u sent.and print a sample for your approval.you said it is good to work.but once we finish bulk order，u said the pattern does not work well and do not like them.and then place another order for new pattern. that does not mean we do it wrongly twice. and we have paid u refund for the ones u don't like according to your requirement.those ones is not our fault. As a seller，we respect our buyer and try our best to meet requirement.but pls understand each other.
